Why Professional Assembly Matters
A bike that arrives in a box is only as good as its assembly. Improper torque on carbon components can cause catastrophic failure. Poorly indexed gears lead to skipped shifts and premature drivetrain wear. Badly bled brakes can leave you without stopping power when it counts most.
At Bike Improve, every assembly is handled by certified technicians who understand the tolerances and requirements of both entry-level and high-performance builds. We don’t guess. We verify.
We Build Every Type of Bike
Whether you ordered a carbon road bike, a full-suspension mountain bike, a gravel rig, or an e-bike, we have the tools and experience to build it right. We work with all major drivetrain systems including Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo, and are familiar with the specific build requirements of top brands like Pivot, Scott, Bianchi, Sarto, and Carrera.
Bring us your box and we’ll hand you back a bike that’s ready to perform from day one.

Nir is a cool guy with a keen eye for the right fix. Go here for your bike repairs! You won’t regret it!Posted on Google Jake SimonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nir is a legend! I had been very far down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out my first proper road bike on the heels of my first century and felt lost on what to get, let alone what size. Nir explained his philosophy on fittings, taking measurements then deciding from there. I had a very specific list of criteria I was looking for, including comfort over aero but no sacrificing snappiness, something that could attack hills, something a bit more upright not too long of a reach etc etc etc all within a specific budget. Nir brought me in for a fitting on my old bike, made a recommendation on bike and size, made some adjustments to it then had me come in for a proper fitting when it arrived. Always took his time, never rushed, answered all my questions and concerns. I am thoroughly blown away by the bike and fit I ended up with. Had some leg pain on my old bike, that’s gone now. First time I’ve really understood what it fees like to sit IN the bike not ON the bike. This is now my go-to bike spot. Whatever your issue is, Nir will give you the time and attention to be sure you get exactly what you need. Cannot recommend highly enough!Posted on Google Eric RocksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love this shop. I use it for bike repairs. The owner is a great bike mechanic and he is very quik. They specialize in high end bikes, but he always repairs my cheap bikes as well.Posted on Google Adam DavisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you!Posted on Google GonzaloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Nir. He’s the kind of mechanic you hope to find, the one who actually cares about your bike as much as you do. Over the past few months, he’s done a ton of work for me across multiple bikes. He’s fitted me twice, once for a triathlon TT bike and once for an aero road bike. Both sessions were detailed, tailored, and spot-on. It wasn’t just plug-and-play measurements, Nir took the time to really understand my position, how I ride, and what needed fine-tuning. He’s also built an entire bike for me from scratch, literally from a box of parts. That included Di2, internal hydraulic brakes, fresh cables, bar tape, new brake pads — the works. He stayed past closing time to finish it, and then walked me through the whole setup just to make sure everything was solid. Beyond the big stuff, Nir has helped me with small but critical things: fixing squeaky brakes, replacing pads, installing new tires and wheels, and recommending thoughtful upgrades without ever upselling. He always explains what he’s doing, why, and what to watch for next. That’s rare. And most importantly, Nir just knows his craft. He is a master. His shop is stocked with everything you might need, from everyday parts to high-performance gear. It's clean, professional, and built around real riders. Bottom line: I trust Nir with all my bikes, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Posted on Google Rishad OlpadwalaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a new mountain bike built and fit here. 1st new bike in ages - Nir spent ages with me walk through the bikes and components - very knowledgeable and really appreciated his patience!

Frequently
Asked Questions
What does your bike assembly service include?
Our assembly service covers full unboxing, parts inspection, frame and fork setup, drivetrain installation, brake bleeding or cable adjustment, gear indexing, wheel truing, and a 20-point safety check before delivery. We also do a final test ride to confirm everything is working as it should.
Do I need to bring anything besides the box?
Just bring the box your bike arrived in with all included parts, hardware, and accessories. If you have specific components you’d like installed such as a separate saddle, pedals, or computer mount, bring those along and we’ll include them in the build.
How long does a professional bike assembly take?
Most builds are completed same-day or within 24 hours depending on the complexity of the bike and current shop volume. E-bikes, full-suspension MTBs, and custom builds may take slightly longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you drop off.
Can you assemble a bike I bought online or overseas?
Absolutely. We regularly assemble bikes purchased through online retailers, direct-to-consumer brands, and international orders. We’re familiar with the packaging and build requirements of most major brands and can handle any drivetrain platform.
