The Difference a Proper Fit Makes
Most riders are surprised by how much a professional fit changes their experience on the bike. Common issues like lower back pain, knee soreness, numb hands, and neck tension are almost always position-related and almost always fixable. A proper fit doesn’t just make riding more comfortable. It makes you faster by allowing you to generate more power with less effort and hold your position longer without fatigue.
Whether you’re preparing for your first gran fondo or targeting a podium finish, a professional bike fit is one of the highest-return investments you can make in your performance.

Nir is a cool guy with a keen eye for the right fix. Go here for your bike repairs! You won’t regret it!Posted on Google Jake SimonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nir is a legend! I had been very far down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out my first proper road bike on the heels of my first century and felt lost on what to get, let alone what size. Nir explained his philosophy on fittings, taking measurements then deciding from there. I had a very specific list of criteria I was looking for, including comfort over aero but no sacrificing snappiness, something that could attack hills, something a bit more upright not too long of a reach etc etc etc all within a specific budget. Nir brought me in for a fitting on my old bike, made a recommendation on bike and size, made some adjustments to it then had me come in for a proper fitting when it arrived. Always took his time, never rushed, answered all my questions and concerns. I am thoroughly blown away by the bike and fit I ended up with. Had some leg pain on my old bike, that’s gone now. First time I’ve really understood what it fees like to sit IN the bike not ON the bike. This is now my go-to bike spot. Whatever your issue is, Nir will give you the time and attention to be sure you get exactly what you need. Cannot recommend highly enough!Posted on Google Eric RocksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love this shop. I use it for bike repairs. The owner is a great bike mechanic and he is very quik. They specialize in high end bikes, but he always repairs my cheap bikes as well.Posted on Google Adam DavisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you!Posted on Google GonzaloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Nir. He’s the kind of mechanic you hope to find, the one who actually cares about your bike as much as you do. Over the past few months, he’s done a ton of work for me across multiple bikes. He’s fitted me twice, once for a triathlon TT bike and once for an aero road bike. Both sessions were detailed, tailored, and spot-on. It wasn’t just plug-and-play measurements, Nir took the time to really understand my position, how I ride, and what needed fine-tuning. He’s also built an entire bike for me from scratch, literally from a box of parts. That included Di2, internal hydraulic brakes, fresh cables, bar tape, new brake pads — the works. He stayed past closing time to finish it, and then walked me through the whole setup just to make sure everything was solid. Beyond the big stuff, Nir has helped me with small but critical things: fixing squeaky brakes, replacing pads, installing new tires and wheels, and recommending thoughtful upgrades without ever upselling. He always explains what he’s doing, why, and what to watch for next. That’s rare. And most importantly, Nir just knows his craft. He is a master. His shop is stocked with everything you might need, from everyday parts to high-performance gear. It's clean, professional, and built around real riders. Bottom line: I trust Nir with all my bikes, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Posted on Google Rishad OlpadwalaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a new mountain bike built and fit here. 1st new bike in ages - Nir spent ages with me walk through the bikes and components - very knowledgeable and really appreciated his patience!

Frequently
Asked Questions
Who needs a professional bike fit?
Every rider benefits from a proper fit regardless of experience level or how often they ride. If you experience any discomfort on the bike, have recently changed components, switched bikes, or returned from injury, a fit is especially important. Even riders with no pain can gain measurable performance improvements from an optimized position.
How long does a bike fitting session take?
A full bike fitting session typically takes between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours depending on the complexity of your needs and how many adjustments are required. We do not rush the process. Every change is tested and confirmed before we move on.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
Yes. We perform all fits on your actual bike so the adjustments reflect your real-world riding setup. If you are buying a new bike and want a fit before purchase to determine the correct size, we can discuss options when you contact us.
What if I need new components as a result of the fit?
In some cases, a fit will reveal that a component change would significantly improve your position. Common examples include a shorter or longer stem, a different saddle model, or cleat wedges for leg length discrepancy. We stock a range of fit-related components in the shop and can source others on request. Component costs are separate from the fitting fee.
